  • Strong overlap between KNIME's and Partner's target audience or customer base
  • Ability to establish and maintain a pipeline of customers and generate a steady flow of leads Customer references

Requirements

Partner program requirements include:

Prerequisites
Established business with strong financial health
Related consulting and implementation experience
A minimum of one sales and one technical representative
Business Development
Submit partner application & fees
Maintain at least one office in the region of business
Meet minimum number of dedicated Analytics staff
Maintain minimum number of certified sales & technical staff
Annual & quarterly reviews
Submit annual business plan
Maintain 3 tier pipeline
Maintain level of new subscriptions
Annual & quarterly revenue commit
Maintain KNIME reference site with lead capture capabilities
Dedicated marketing development fund per quarter
Conduct at least two joint annual marketing programs
Submit minimum number of annual customer references
Partner Status Review Yearly (12 month agreement)
Technical
Maintain first-level technical support infrastructure
Use KNIME Escalation/Problem Tracking system for tier 2 and above questions
Provide quarterly technical support summaries
Partner Fees
First Year Fee: 4,900 Euro
Annual Fee: 1,600 Euro
