Your first interview will be online with the hiring manager and involve a conversation about you, the role you are applying for, and our company culture. This interview is typically one-on-one. Come prepared and be sincere. Interviews are about finding a great match, for both sides. If all goes well, we’ll invite you for a second interview with one or two members of the team.
The final interviews usually involve a practical task and meeting more of the team at KNIME: Either as one-on-one or group interviews with the hiring committee. They may be formal or casual; on-site, off-site, or online via Zoom but essentially more in-depth. Final interviews often include conversations with our senior leadership team or a more in-depth discussion with an interviewer from an earlier stage in the hiring process.

As soon as we mutually agree we've found the perfect match, we'll make you an offer. Once you have joined the team, your time at KNIME begins with onboarding, to get to know the team, your colleagues, and essentially navigate your way around the company.
