Peak Ace runs ad campaigns for clients and identifies products with the most attractive offers or discounts to promote to make ads more effective. To do this, they used to spend hours in Excel manually comparing regular and sale prices across large product datasets to identify the most compelling deals to promote. This process was slow and error prone.
Another challenge involved running advertising campaigns on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Some Peak Ace clients stored their data in systems that provided information through JSON endpoints—a technical data format that Meta's advertising platform couldn't directly use. This created a bottleneck where team members had to manually extract data from these JSON sources, reformat it, and move it into platforms that Meta could access.
Additionally, the team had to manually collect product reviews from Trust Pilot to use in ad content, a highly time consuming process.

For example, a hotel client now has their latest room availability and pricing automatically fed into Meta advertising campaigns without any manual intervention, saving time and manual effort and reducing the risk of human error.
Similarly, they created a workflow to automatically scrape Trustpilot reviews, store them in Google Sheets, and push them to Google Ads, with the entire process scheduled to run weekly through KNIME Team plan.
Peak Ace also created a KNIME workflow for a vacation rental company that generates consistent ad text across multiple countries by analyzing sentence structures in one language and translating them appropriately for others. This solution alone saves hundreds of hours of manual work.
